tuesday!

i loved the canyon we hiked in on tuesday. i thought it was really pretty.

some how the pictures got a bit mixed up in this day's post--so they aren't in chronological order. so it goes. 

 these are the bears ears.

 there were lots of varieties of wild flowers out while we were there. when we came home, we used some of our wild flower books of the utah desert to identify about 25 different ones.

 such a neat twisty tree.

 you'll note this is in the morning--it got way too hot to want to wear jackets once the sun came out.
