we love the bears ears/blanding area. b and i went down there for labor day weekend--doing some high adventure hiking, exploring, and camping. it was really (really) fun!
we tried some interesting ways to get down to some ruin sites--the above was one way, and these rope descent pictures was another way. ultimately, we couldn't find a good/safe enough way down. so we didn't get down to them.
