we went camping with some friends last month. it was a great time--good food, good friends, and good scenery. one of the highlights was finding a little junco nest on the ground. here are some pics of the nest. the little baby birds were so young they had only a little bit of feathers and they were downy.
there were a lot of kids--and many tents.
it was good to be back in the uintas. we were right by the provo river.
the moon was huge.
