Yesterday Enjay and I went snowshoeing for four hours and four miles in American Fork Canyon, near Tibble Fork Reservoir. (Tibble Fork Res was showcased in our very first blog post, with a moose standing knee deep in the reservoir.)

| The snow was about three feet deep, sometimes we were on trails that many people had walked but sometimes we walked in the fresh snow. |

| We've only been snowshoeing a couple times, and we were so new to this that, early in the hike, N found a hole in the snow that neither of us knew what it was, and so I took a picture of this novelty. Within a few hundred yards it would stop being a novelty and we would realize it was the mark from a ski pole. |
