Spring City Art Auction

b and i both submitted a linocut print to the spring city art squared auction this may/june. it was our second time, but last year it was all online. this year, it was both in-person and online. on our way down to SE utah, we stopped in spring city to check it out.

all of the auction pieces were in lovely barns in spring city.

 i really enjoyed this piece.

we walked around spring city hitting the sights/sites!

we were quite surprised to find wayang goleks in a window leading into the barn that had our prints!

there was also a velvet tweety bird painting near the wayangs.

mine is the one with the fish.

b's is the one with the mountain.

the house that had the barn with our pieces in it had several other structures on the site, including a very cool yurt.

the yurt is similar to how i imagine the yurts looking in mongolia where my parents served several years ago.

both of our prints sold in the auction, which was exciting. next year, we'll try it again assuming they'll have us!
