so you know that i like best of lists, and i stumbled across vh1's top 100 hard rock songs of all time the other night. we only saw from about 35 down, but i asked brian what he thought the number 1 song would be. he said that it should be guns n' roses's welcome to the jungle. he said if it wasn't welcome to the jungle he'd be really disappointed.
as we got closer and closer to the number one song we both thought it probably wouldn't actually be welcome to the jungle. it would probably be something by led zeppelin or something.
but we were so excited to see that brian was right. we never should have doubted...but hindsight is 20/20. i am so proud of brian!

That in indeed a classic. You got to love it.
This song also tops my "best songs to sing in the shower" list, which comprises mainly of hard rock, broadway musicals, and life lessons from the original oompa loompas.
i still remember the first time i heard this song - a kid in my 6th grade class did a lip synch to it. ah, memories. good work brian!
Good job Brian. You've got your music down. I'm so glad you guys posted because now I will add you to the many links on our blog. I'm sure you are excited about this. We really enjoyed seeing you in Utah. I didn't mention you on our blog because we saw very few of our Utah friends.
